Prof. Caner Durucan of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Department, METU, was appointed as the Director of BIOMATEN, METU Center of Excellence in Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering established in 2011 by State Planning Organization of Turkey (METU Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering Application and Research Center). We wish Prof. Durucan success in this important position.
